How do I view the files if I do not have Excel installed in my computer or laptop?

There are free programs you can download such as CSV viewer http://www.csvviewer.com/ that you can use to open CSV files

How do you create the Consumer Email Databases?
We developed a data extraction software with our programmers. All of the consumer emails are taken from that particular category in several ways. In some instances such as the student loans pack, they are inquiries made directly by students which we acquire from third party leads brokers. The lists are always fresh and highly responsive when paired with a competent ad campaign.

I have paid but I have not received my product yet!
After your payment is clear through Paypal you should receive a link to your database file within 24-48 hours usually. This is due to different time zones that we may be in. If you do not see the link within that time, please check your spam/junk folder. If still not there please contact us through our contact form or email and we will gladly send to you again.

If you have received the email link but lost it, feel free to let us know again and we will re-send the files to you.

What formats do the databases come in?
All database files are in CSV format. CSV files can be opened by excel as well as other programs. All custom made lists are in word format. There are samples on each product page. Consumer email lists can be either CSV or word format.

Do we customise leads and databases?
No, we do not customise databases. What you see here is what you get. Please browse our website for the various database options and decide on your purchase. Most of our country databases will contain more than 50-80 different industries / occupations that you can filter for in excel. This way, we keep the database costs as low as possible for our customers!

4.0 Refunds and Chargebacks
Once a product has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists due to the electronic nature of our products and they cannot be returned due to the non-tangible nature. Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. We reserve the right to alter any of our prices from time to time.

Warranties and Liability
We make every effort to ensure that our products are accurate, authoritaive and fit for the use of our customers. However, we take no responsibility whatsoever for the suitability of the product, and we provide no warranties as to the function or use of the product, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. Product content
Emailcheap tests to ensure all products are accurate at the time that we create the product. Changes can however occur from the time of the posting of the product and the time in which it is purchased. Emailcheap is not responsible for these changes and non liable and will not refund the product.

Changes To This Agreement: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
